Ashley E. Dozier is a writer, comedienne, and Free Bitch from Florence, South Carolina. She currently lives in the fabulous city Chicago, Illinois. Her first novel, KTHNX will be available on E-book platforms in November 2011.

Music: As far as music is concerned I’d consider myself a Try Anything Once kinda gal. My favorites, however, are Tom Waits, Fiona Apple, Portishead, David Bowie, Blondie, Joan Jett, Fleetwood Mac, Bjork, The Clash, Pavement, Stephen Malkmus, Pixies, Born Ruffians, Ryan Adams, Adam Green, PJ Harvey and Lady GaGa.
Film: Legendis the best film ever made. However, there’s a few others I don’t mind. Star Wars, Clueless, Mean Girls, Heathers, The Last Unicorn, Jurassic Park, Clerks(Anything Kevin Smith), Scream Quadrilogy, Alien Quadrilogy, Funny Girl, every John Hughes film, Return of the Living Dead, obviously all Quentin Tarantino films, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Serenity…this list could go on for years.
Telly: This is where the shit gets real. I’m a TVsexual. My obsessions are Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Firefly, Cowboy Bebop, Gilmore Girls, Dawson’s Creek, Battlestar Galactica(2004), Arrested Development, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, Gossip Girl, Twin Peaks, Absolutely Fabulous, Skins(UK), Degrassi, Robot Chicken, Family Guy…oh, and I love staring at Kevin Pereira on Attack of the Show.
Books: Kurt Vonnegut! Bret Easton Ellis! Nick Hornby’s High Fidelity! Oh, and I’m quite the fan of musical Non-fiction.
Various Things That Aren’t Related to Pop Culture: I like kittens and unicorns. Kittens are real. Unicorns probably aren’t. Though, there is some speculation. I can’t really cook, but I can compliment menfolk who cook for me in various European accents. I drink a lot of coffee and talk real fast, but only about things that are ill-conceived and unimportant.
